Where and when we ship

We ship live plants within the United States by UPS 2-Day Air. Orders go out Monday to Wednesday only, so your plant never sits in a depot over a weekend. Orders placed Wednesday afternoon through Sunday ship the following Monday or Tuesday. You'll get a tracking number by email the day your plant leaves San Diego.

Cold weather

Anthuriums are tropical and do not tolerate cold in transit. When the forecast low at your address is below 50°F, add a 72-hour heat pack to your order ($5). Cold damage on orders shipped without a heat pack in those conditions isn't covered by our Arrive Alive Guarantee. From November through March we may hold your order a few days to avoid a cold snap on the route; we'll email you if so.

Holds

Need us to keep your plant for a while? We'll hold any order up to two weeks at no charge. For 30 to 60 days, add the Shipment Hold ($50) and we'll keep it potted, watered and under our lights until you're ready.

International orders

We don't ship outside the US through the website. If you're overseas, message us on Instagram (@buz_plants) before ordering; we can sometimes arrange phytosanitary paperwork and shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Packaging

Plants ship in treefern, moss or pon in a nursery pot, secured and insulated. Pot and reservoir add-ons ship in the same box.
