Anthurium "Orange Crystal"

Anthurium 'Orange Crystal' is epic! I originally purchased this plant from the Tozula website in 2025, where it was listed as a Tezula Red Crystal F4. The plant had been sitting on the website for several weeks and I hesitated for quite some time before finally deciding to purchase it. I'm incredibly glad that I did.

I later named this particular selection 'Orange Crystal' because of its almost iridescent orange leaves, which are unlike anything else in my collection. The veins have a distinctive appearance that reminds me of Anthurium crystallinum 'Chocolate', while the bright orange coloration gives the plant a completely different look. Another interesting characteristic is that every single leaf carries at least a small amount of variegation. I've made a number of crosses using this plant and have already seen both the variegation and some of the bright orange coloration appearing in its offspring.

Of all the colorful crystallinum plants I grow, Orange Crystal is probably my favorite.
