We ship all Buz Plants orders using UPS, as we have found it to be the most reliable carrier for live plants.

Our standard shipping method is 2-Day shipping. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may upgrade your order to Next Day shipping to reduce time in transit and protect the plant.

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday only. This helps prevent plants from being held in transit over the weekend.

For cold-weather shipments, we recommend adding insulation and a heat pack at checkout. This gives your plant the best protection while traveling through colder regions.

We want every plant to arrive healthy and in good condition. All Buz Plants orders are covered by our Arrive Alive Guarantee.

If your plant arrives damaged, severely stressed, or does not appear healthy on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the plant, packaging, and any visible damage.

Because every plant is unique, return and replacement requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We will always do our best to make it right, whether that means replacing the plant, offering a refund, or requesting that the plant be returned to us.

In some cases, a return may be required before a refund is issued. This helps us evaluate what happened and continue improving how we grow, pack, and ship our plants.
